4. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Ora is a place for private groups to share prayer requests and pray for one another. Ora does not provide medical, mental health, or professional pastoral advice, and the Service is not monitored for emergencies.

5. Your Content; License Grant

You retain any rights you have in content you submit to Ora, such as prayer requests and updates. You give Ora a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, process, and display that content only as necessary to provide the Service to you and the groups you share it with.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, or that you do not have the right to provide. You are responsible for making sure you have the consent of anyone whose situation you describe in a request.

Your content is handled according to our Privacy Policy. This section does not permit Ora to sell your information or use it for advertising.

6. Groups and Community Conduct

Groups on Ora are private and intended for people who know each other. You are responsible for who you invite into a group you create, and for how you use information shared by others in a group you join.

Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. Ora does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ora's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or Your use of the Service will not exceed the amount You paid to access the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Ora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to Your use of the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to You.
